US Bank one of the United States leading retail, personal and business banker had intended to place a very robust automated KYC in place. This assignment was to automate the entire KYC business flows including services level automation

Objective: Create mobile application to cater for Android and iOS devices ranging mobiles to tabs. Provide customers easy and friendly access via gadgets to maintain their account on fingertips

The assignment was with standard bank South Africa - SBSA.

The bank's core banking system was under migration from legacy to SAP landscape. The migration was being done in phases considering the bank's product by product which includes various personal banking products. Being from QA team, my responsibilities were to make sure the all the features of lagacy as-is products are migrated successfully on to SAP landscape with all the business rules are intact. Contributions starting from studying requirements, extracting test scenarios, test cases and testing the same to sign off the releases. Used QTP and QC for automating the regression suite and test maintenance. Performed on-site coordinator role to bridge between the India offshore team and on-site project teams to ensure hastlefree delivery of test artifacts. Been part of end to end QA activities in this migration engagement for around 2 years.
