Project Overview: Building a machine learning model/dashboard for HR teams. Working on Text analytics, used machine learning and NLP, Bag of words, Count vectorizer and Tfidf , NER (Name Entity Recognition) approach. Also used machine learning algorithms such as SVM, Naive Bayes, KNN etc for Text Classification. Built a Recommendation system on Resume data and also working on Predictive modelling using Random Forest.

Project is for Infrastructure Ticket Analytics. Text mining on the description part of various infrastructure tickets to convert them into a meaningful Error category. Performed text mining, word cloud formation & topic creation using Python programming and model creation using Multinomial Regression or SVM Technique.Also used machine learning algorithms such as SVM, Naive Bayes amd others Algorithim.
