This is about developing the skills of an employee in an organization by mapping an employee to a technical session or a technical event conducted by the organization. The events could be scheduled, and mail will be generated and sent automatically for the employee based on the band, stream, location, profile, master. Etc., there are two users i.e. the administrator user and the employee. The Administrator user maps an employee to a technical event. The employee user enters the application to see the list of events he/she needs to attend and either accept it or reject it. If rejected the employee user should give appropriate reasons.
