About Me

● Simulated real-world network environments using Virtual Machines, Network Namespaces
and by deploying SD-WAN technology to solve simulated network problems.
● Developed and integrated an Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) as a...network problems.
● Developed and integrated an Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) as a data plane service
with the company’s existing SD-WAN solution in C.
● Developed Control Plane scripts in Python that communicates with the REST-API of the
SD-WAN controller to fetch necessary configurations for the IPS and control the runtime
behaviour of the same.
● Tested the behaviour of the IPS in different practical situations by setting up virtual
network environments
● Worked with different system vulnerability scanning and exploit software e.g.- OpenVAS,
Nessus, Metasploit, etc.
● Integrated content-filtering feature into the product. Used python scripts to automate the
testing.
● Simulated content-filtering feature as a data plane service within the IPS. Automated it’s
testing using python. Added feature in company  product using golang. Tested the whole architechture using a go stub code.
