Farmers Insurance SALT Project involved Functional Testing of entire Auto and Fire applications on mainframe and Web Versions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Involved in Automation scripting of this project using automated tool Worksoft –Certify 8.1 based on business requirements.
- Developing the Automation Testing strategies and Test objectives with business analysts and technology leads based on Functional Specifications and Technical documents.
- Responsible for running the Automated scripts in the Integration and Functional Testing regions.
- Created Data Driven test scripts for regression and conducted smoke tests

- Managed the entire QA department for our software applications (public web applications available on desktop and mobile). This included setting the department strategy, managing tools/projects/resources, procuring outside vendors and tools, and regular meetings with the executive staff to present proposals for improvement and updates on projects
- Taught the QA team about risk-based testing and how to manage risk in their projects by working with stakeholders across the entire cross functional team
