About Me

I have completed my graduation in 2011 and started my career as QA in 2011 itself i.e. 9 years back  with a gaming company. I first started managing project/product 7.5 years ago when I was transitioned from QA to Product Owner role.

Since then, I have achieved few key accomplishments like completing my first project as a PO on time, within budget and with good NPS score from the customer. In my last organization, I got a position of “Enterprise Project Manager” which was created only for me for effectively handling giant clients of the company.

In my previous organization while working on the various projects, I also got an opportunity to wear different caps at the same time and act as BA/PO, PM & SM simultaneously which helps me to build new skills and upskill my existing skillset like Gap Analysis, Requirement Gathering & Elicitation, Team Management, Conflict Management, Risk Assessment, Contingency Plan, Leadership, Priortization, CReating various documents like RFP, BRD, Requirment Docs, Project Estimation, Defining MVP etc.

So far, I have handled the project from different industries like e-Commerce, Healthcare, Finance & Automotive.

Now, in my current organization, I am working in the capacity of Product Owner where I have achieved CSPO certification last year and my major roles & responsibility includes client interaction, requirement gathering & elicitation, Sprint refinement & planning with dev team, Sprint Demo Review, Product Roadmap, Gap Analysis, writing user stories, signing off the user stories etc., presenting weekly progress report to upper management.

So far I have handled the projects of different geographical locations which includes, US, UK, Germany, AUS, France & India.
