Contract Digitization Platform is a digitization to orchestration strategy in which to deliver foundational capability in connecting key terms in the Master Purchase Agreement to manage inventory risks, obligations, and support contract lifecycle management process to improve overall business performance. MVP is scoped to digitize, store, approve/sign, search structured and unstructured contract terms to be integrated with cross-functional processes and systems. Platform is enabled to manage renewals, addendums, amendments, perform internal approvals, and integrate with DocuSign for electronic signature. I was the lead Program Manager responsible for all deliverables from initiating to closing process groups. The platform went through 2 releases, a soft release to the contract administrators to begin using the tool and process, while continuing to implement enhancements and fixing bugs as prioritized by this user group. This is followed by a general go-live whereby communication, training and a roadmap of contract types were rolled-out to drive all user adoption.
