Description
Talent team wants to automate Recruitment and related functions. Initially explored the options to buy off the shelf solutions, such as Sniper hire. Earlier experience with such product was that those products can‘t be customized to suit our requirement. For e.g. a) Offer letter to be Multi-lingual b) Workflow to be approved by business partners & candidates, for which we need to buy that many licenses. c) Limitation to customization, including workflow customization Hence, management decided to build additional Recruitment ATS module in existing portal. In summary, the ATS recruitment process starts when MRF is approved. These stages are followed: 1. MRF assessment 2. Sourcing and Screening 3. Shortlisting 4. Interviewing 5. Offer Once candidate accepts offer, then it goes thru PRF approval, mobilization, joining (new employee) processes.
The functionalities mentioned below will not be available for all users. Depending on the roles assigned to the users, the functionalities are restricted. For e.g. some menus/screen may not be available, some fields may be invisible for some users, some section/fields/buttons are disabled for selection when not required.
Screen refresh refers to a functionality to update the content of the current page in web applications, which is also available as F5 function key action in most of the browsers. There are many master tables are used throughout the application, such as Nationality, Location, Education, but those interfaces are not explained in this document, as they are simple interfaces.
