Responsibilities:

· Installation and configuration of HADOOP framework services i.e….

· Monitoring the jobs and informed to Support team to failed jobs as well log information.

· Responsible for node commission/decommission and cluster high availability.

· Capacity planning, End-to-end performance tuning of Hadoop clusters.

· User, Cluster level security implementation using Kerberos authentication, Cluster management tools.

· Responsible for cluster Troubleshoot, Backup and restore.

· Performed data balancing on cluster.

· Working on Name node HIGH availability customizing Zookeeper services.

· Configure and setup LDAP & AD groups and users to login Hue automation.

· Identify the failed jobs and gathering log data and fixed the issues.

· Responsible for CM upgradation and applying provided patches.

• Cluster design and sizing, automated environment push/deployment of Clusters.

If found that it could not scale to handle the volume or velocity of the data that was required. They needed an infrastructure that was easier, faster, and more reliable to access and use

Working as a key member in BAT’s lotus notes based application Global Support team as a Domino Analyst. We are responsible for testing, maintenance, support, enhance and bug fixing of over 20 different design templates which covers more than 400 databases.

Contribution:

• Involved in Analysis, Development, Supporting and Enhancement

• On call Support/ problem ticket handling.

• Communicate with customers on project issues, timelines and goals

• Involved in testing, maintenance, support, enhance and bug fixing

• Global Application support involved replication issues and other Lotus notes based various issues.

• Maintenance of intranet Web portal (BAT).
