Responsible for handling the entire recruiting cycle such as sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming, interviewing, and placing the qualified consultant.
Responsible for recruiting on contract, contract to hire, and permanent positions.
Telephonic Screening and discussion with the Consultant/Vendor regarding the skill set and rate negotiation (Corp 2 Corp, W2 & 1099)
Conducted phone screens, interviews, and reference check for prospective candidates.
Interaction with the consultants briefing them about requirement and to know their willingness.
Speak with candidates to know their priorities if they have any constraints like location, clients etc.,
Submitting the profile to the concern Account Manager with perfect match as per the job requirement. .
Scheduling interview with the client, following up with the candidates
Follow up with the consultant and the client to check the post-submission status.
Working closely with Account manager and Onsite manager
Proficient in recruiting candidates from all levels Junior Level to Senior Level.
Maintaining internal data base of consultants as per their Skill Sets.
