A Portal solution had been developed for the customers to enable a more seamless and transparent flow of information between the external Stakeholders and the NOW Licensee users. The External stake holders in question are the suppliers on whom the NOW Licensee shall place Pos (Purchase Orders). There is some additional process that have been introduced to place a PO, starting from issuing RFQs (Request for Quotation), seeking quotations, and then issuing POs. The Software also allows the Supplier to monitor the payments raised for him in NOW and allows raising of ASNs (Advance Shipment Notices) for the POs issued to him.
