Building and maintaining effective working relationships/ partnerships with cross functional leaders and project team members. Defining and supporting BPO outsourcing structure, facilitating knowledge sharing/transfer (KT) sessions Delivered end to end Phase 1 of project successfully.

Implementation of Agile Frameworks, Project Tracking, Risk Analysis under Larsen and Toubro Construction and WS Atkins PMC. Project Management: Project Planning, WBS, Project Org structure, Stakeholder engagement, MIS reporting, Daily Progress report (DPR), Weekly and monthly status update, planned v/s actual tracking. Risk Management: Risk planning and mitigation plan Resource management: Resource planning and mapping, S curve analysis (expected man hours) Material management: Maintain and track procurement log. Good for construction (GFC) drawings: Review of GFC drawings, Architectural and Structural Drawing Analysis, gap analysis, scope deviation

Risk Identification and mitigation techniques in construction projects and further study in alignment with Project Management like Agile and Waterfall Methodology.

Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Management: Study of various hazards on a construction site and preparation of HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) was done. Along with it, keeping records of labour training regarding work, medical check-ups, awareness of health and safety was done as well.

In this project, the working of an economical air purifier which can be employed in residential areas was studied in detail.
