• I had been leading a team 16 member’s(Manual + Automation).

• Used to track the (Status of CRs, Open Internal Jira’s, UAT Jira’s & Production Fixes) with help of TRELLO.

• In the daily stand-up we used to discuss the on going task’s(Status of CRs, Internal Jira’s, UAT Jira’s & Production Hotfix) w.r.t development and testing statuses.

• Allocation of daily task to team member’s based on the priority of the deliverable’s.

• Involve me in bank stand-up as well along with the BA and stakeholder’s to discuss about the open point’s at client end.

• Reviewing of efforts shared by the team member’s for CRs.

• Once the final FSD is being signed off from bank and shared to QA, Need to ensure that team goes through the CR and raise as many as possible clarification in ICL tracker.

• Review of TestCase document before sharing to the client once testing is completed for that particular release.

• Tracking of test execution status in TestRail.

• And with the regard to any OPEN issue need to chase/sync with the respective developer on the status of bug fix.

• Timely check from the QA team w.r.t the activity assigned and if any issue reported the same needs to be actioned by assigning the issue to the respective developer to have a look into it.

• Once the build is certified by QA team, Need to do a round of sanity in that respective server before shipping it bank.

• Also once status of sanity is confirmed the build will be uploaded in the SFTP location along with (WAR, TAR, PENTAHO) files, and respective path will be shared via mail with the fixes mentioned in release notes
