Fuel quantity measuring system (Electronic Box) for DORNIER-228 aircraft, circuit design ,working model and testing as per military standard. Description of project:
Fuel quantity measuring system used in dornier-228 aircraft for fuel quantity in tank like total, outbd, collector. There are 6 transmitters probe (Fuel content gauging probe) used in aircraft fuel tank. All 6 transmitters transmit different level of fuel quantity sense in the form of frequency, then Electronic Box using comparator circuit to maintain the amplitude of signal 5volt, and then next step is using D-flip flops at in a configuration to invert the signal and where we generate a signal to constant DC signal that pass through different logic gate to make the decision to all transmitters are ok, what quantity Refueling in tank. Refueling ON indication, tank empty indication and auto-off the refueling when tank get full. In the next step all signal from D-flip flop integrate at using practical op Amp summer integrator. After integration we amplify the signal and using voltage to current converter and convert the signal in the form of current. And then finally this signal passes to fuel indicator. And finally Electronic Box get the clearance after qualifying different test as per military standard-810D like standard room temperature test, high temperature storage test, high temperature operational test, Combined Altitude Temperature Humidity test(CATH), Humidity test, salt fog test, fungus test, fluid contamination test, sand and dust test, acceleration test(in 6 direction), shock test, transit drop test, thermal shock test, gun fire test, EMI/EMC(electromagnetic interference and compatibility)test.

Description of project: it is difficult to using fuel tank in electronics lab to test the Electronic box, so we need a system that give same situation as fuel tan to test Electronic box. for su-30mki, mig 29, circuit design ,working model and testing as per military standard. sukoi-30 mki using 8 three phase static converter and Mig-29 using two no. of converter. Description of project: for gyro operation in sukhoi-30mki and Mig-29 need power supply 35volt ac, 1000Hz frequency, 6 ampere 3-phase. But in military standard-741 supply in air craft is 115volt ac L-L(200volt P-P),400Hz, 250 ampere. So three phase static converter convert the signal in form of gyro necessary(because if high frequency so it will be very sensitive and concise ) supply.
