Project Description:Basically it is B2B E-Commerce web based application where broker sites bring together suppliers and buyers

Roles & Responsibilities:

Worked as a Product Engineer and covered complete QA Process for a given specific requirement.

Used to attend daily scrum conference calls with the entire team (developers/QA/BA/Doc) who are located in different countries (USA-Orange/USA-New York/Argentina/Lebanon). Call basically involves updates on daily tasks and the status of the current sprint and clearing doubts related to current working Projects or Tasks.

QA Life Cycle/Process followed:-

1. Analysis of Software Requirement specification, Test Planning and Strategies

2. Design Test Scenarios

• Create them based on SRS after discussion with the BA

• Review and Distribute them across Dev/QA/doc teams

3. Test Case Design

• Design them using Workflow Format in Test Link

• Map them to the respective Test Cases

• Commit them in Repository

5. Test Execution:- Environment Setup, Execution and Status, Defect Reporting

6. Automation:- Environment Setup, Test Case batch Execution, Execution Analysis, Defect Analysis

7. Test Certification and Reporting:-Defect Analysis, Release Status, Test Summary

Project Details and Responsibilities

1. restaurant (labor and EHR)

Description: therestaurant is a web-based application that provides a comprehensive suite of applications to help the restaurants andrestaurant managers to run the business more profitably and efficiently.

eLabor is a module that is primarily used to facilitate the Restaurant managers to schedule employees based on their availability and state labor laws. labor is smart enough to keep track of the scheduling of employees without making any violations to labor laws.

2. timekeeping and modules also like Sales, Food, workforce, forecast

Description: timekeeping is a project which is being implemented to track the record of employee daily time punches and payroll. It’s calculating all labor costs and payrolls of the employees by Real-Time feedback from the Clients.

Responsibilities:-

Understanding the Functional Specifications and business requirements.

Understanding the Product through Business Requirement Documents and the Data ModelPerforming smoke testing, integration testing, system testing, functional testing, regression testing, and useracceptance testing.

Repeating test activities that previously failed in order to confirm a fix & regression testing.

Updating Test Cases based on review comments.

Reporting bugs using the Bug Tracking Tool Mantis.

Performed Mobile Testing of the application on Android and IOS devices.

Sending daily reports to the Clients on time and actively took part in the daily Status meetings with the Clients.
