MyWIC isa CRM (CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT) based application. The overall objective of the MYWIC PROJECT is to validate both mobile and portal applicational functionality and deliver a high quality user rich experience application to the client. For Implementation of this project we are using MICROSOFT DYNAMIC CRM AND AZURE DEVOPS.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding business requirements and writing the test plan, analyzing the business needs.

• Requirements understanding, estimations, designed and reviewed Test Cases.

• Support, co-ordination and responsibility of the testing activities which includes writing of test cases and test conditions, walkthrough of test cases with clients.

• Co-ordination with the CRM Functional Consultants and Development team for resolution of any outstanding issues.

• Accurately monitoring and recording results in test documentation.

Employee Management System(EMS) is an Inhouse project which is replaced by kekaportal.
