Project Description:
IIC cultivate an Idaho, US workers’ compensation system that is cooperative, supportive, and equitable for workers and employers in addressing the effects of workplace injuries and illnesses. Industrial Commission Redesign Information System (IRIS) is the initiative to redesign IIC’s legacy apps using MS Dynamics 365 with goal to replace paper dependent administrative processes with digital solutions that emphasize customer service and create data management and workflow efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the automation region of the project with 3 junior engineers.
• Introduced test automation from scratch in the project.
• Build API testing framework for Microsoft Dynamics 365. Maintenance of the framework.
• Involved and in all phases of STLC.
• Develop integration test scripts for API and UI testing with C#
• Create API documentation using Swagger and Postman.
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies. Plan automation activities.
• E2E bug management with Azure DevOps.
• Assemble data on issues and vulnerabilities, report findings and recommend improvements.
• Weekly test execution and send report stats to the client.
• Code review of team members.
• Present domain and technical knowledge session for new joiners.

Project Description:
BCI is the leading company in Idaho, US on insurance domain. It deals with customer-centric insurance operations through several applications and web services. The Broker portal deals with a management system of Brokers paired up with BCI. The Member portal deals with the insurance policy holders of BCI. Both the applications need to be tested from front-end and back-end.

Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility in creating, designing and enhancing of automation framework in projects.
• Develop integration test scripts for UI and API testing with C# and Robot Framework.
• Create project documentation. Design UMLs.
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies. Plan automation activities.
• E2E bug management with MS TFS.
• Gathering data on issues and vulnerabilities, report findings and recommend improvements.
• Understand acceptance criteria and follow BDD/ATDD accordingly to meet timely deliverables.
• Weekly test execution and report stats to the client.
• Code review of team members.
