Description
- Production Support Manager to kick start a 24/6 support team.
- Could bring a project which was in escalation mode to a smooth-running production support project.
- Visited customer location in Los Angeles, and as a result could bring in additional position, and reduction in support hours.
- Added new project PAM (Accounting System) Support, along with the current project
- Brought in 2 new projects from customer which was with customer development team onsite.

Description
- The 6 applications handled was managed by 3 resources. I made sure that no resource is over loaded, and they are fully utilized.
- Co-ordinated interaction between UST Global, client management and other vendors, and made sure the result is accomplished.
- The tasks assigned to me were completed on time, without any failure to delivery.
- Quality was maintained in all the deliverables, and no escalations.
- The monthly releases were implemented in production without any outages, and no quality escalations.
- On high impact issues in production, used to join SWAT calls, and client VC’s as required.
- Took trainings to team as required, on areas which need additional focus.
- Server migration of the DB and windows servers was complete without any outage.
- Support was provided to other teams on their need, and implemented their changes to production.
Description
- My team involved a total of 5 people, 2 people at Chennai and 3 people at Trivandrum.
- Used to attend client calls and other onsite related calls.
- As this project needs to be in sync with Mainframe team, used to work with them also, as need arises.
- DB – PL/SQL queries used to execute to update the contracts on a daily basis.
- The project being daily deliverable, used to co-ordinate with the mainframe team and the application team, and effectively delivered the contracts without fail till the project closure.
- The application was new to me as well as my team, so used to learn from the experts in other projects, and used to teach the team.
- Took trainings for team mates on the application side, and how to enter the values on the contracts.
