Perform deep tests on the system in order to find as many bugs as
possible, document all in test cases and propose improvements that can
important for the business.
o Responsibilities: Test management and improvement of project’s quality, help
development team to find bugs and increase the velocity of the sprint by
identifying on time a potential issue before this goes straight to production.
o Main Techonologies: SQL Server, Postman, Jira, Redis, Service Bus, Azure,
C#, Robot framework.

Role: QA Engineer
Manage test suites in order to improve quality of the project
o Responsibilities: Test management and automation of the same for the GTL
project, helping the team to identify potential failures and allowing them to be
corrected before the start of production.
o Main Technologies: XCode, Jira, Appium, SourceTree, Slack, Postman.
o Duration: 14 months.

Role: Project Leader
o Description: Ensure project compliance in both time and cost
o Responsibilities: On demand project management with more than one
development provider involved, working together with the different companies
included in Pacifico (Pacifico EPS, Pacifico PPS as customers), also those
necessary for the project (like Paperless or SUNAT as Pacifico providers),
always ensuring the fulfillment of objectives within the time and cost planned.
o Main Technologies: PL/SQL, MS Project, VMWare, Citrix, Clarity.
o Duration: 14 Months

o Role: Functional Analyst
Manage solutions and requirements from Claro Roaming Area
o Responsibilities: Continuous coordination with users (leaders of the different
commercial areas of Claro), management and analysis of requirements,
requirements attention planning, coordination with configurators, time estimation,
assignment of tasks to members of the team, attentions management, processes
redesign and optimization of packages, procedures in order improve data
transaction.
o Main Technologies: PL/SQL, MS Project, BSCS, Linux, Clarity.
o Duration: 07 Months

o Role: TADIG Roaming
Provide solutions and fix problems in production
Responsibilities: Coordination with the user area (Claro Roaming Area),
management of user requirements, monitoring compliance of requirements on
the date, evaluate possibility of new developments that could improve the
service, improvements for the Roaming service (All configurations were made in
the Production database).
o Main Technologies: PL/SQL, MS Project, BSCS.
o Duration: 14 Months

o Role: QA Analyst
Creation of an unique portal for Claro customers that allowed
users to check their contracted services and perform online operations.
o Responsibilities: Verify the quality of development, design and integration of the
modules that were developed for that project, code analysis based on good
development practices, documentation of flows and redesign of processes using
BPM methodology. Optimization of scripts and queries in PL / SQL for the
collection and debugging of test data.
o Main Technologies: JMETER, PL/SQL, Mantis BT.
o Duration: 6 Months

o Role: Developer Analyst
Creation and modification of use cases.
o Responsibilities:
Development of Use Cases for the project, incident management and
coordination with Claro functional analysts, change management to demand and
support in the production passes of the different developments in coordination
with IBM supplier.
o Main Technologies: PL/SQL, Java, HTML5.
o Duration: 5 Months.
