Working on implementation of DevOps Scrum module.

Digitization of the process, for implementation based on zero touch operations. Worked in use-cases design for the tool for the data interpretation for providing market strategies and customer frustration index.

Enhance the existing end to end billing solution (Amdocs Ensemble) to support mobile services for TDC.

Currently working on CSM (Customer Service Management) module. This is the main module in the Ensemble Billing System. This is the front end application for the CSR.
