ADF (Automated Data Flow)
Description
The MIS requirements of the Bank are met from the existing systems such as Core Banking System (CBS), HRMS, CRM, CMS etc. But there is no separate single Data Source in the form of Central Data Repository (CDR). Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has published an approach paper on ADF from Banks to RBI, wherein they have outlined a framework for putting in place a Central Data Repository with different layers of Data Acquisition, Data Integration and Storage from which Statutory Returns / Reports would be automatically generated without any manual intervention.
