Description
Application Tracking System is a web application portal which mainly deals with the functionalities of the recruitment and sales of the US IT, Uk, Australia and Domestic staffing. To maintain client, consultant details, and their
resume database to tracks the information of each and every call record, RTR,pre screening, submission and interviews, Hires which were done by the employees
ATS also deals with onboarding process it deals with candidate background check, drug check, visa check etc..then if everything is clear then they will proceed to onboard the candidate by giving start date.
ATS also deal with following panels:
1. HRMS is an HRM portal, the employees can refer or the candidates can apply to the job posted by the recruiters or walk-in candidates are also register at the office for the interview process. If any position is opened internal
interview process is done according to the rounds with the respectively assigned interviewer, feedbacks are tracked, and made the selection process till the end. Onboarding email is triggered to the selected then the candidate is to fill the bio-data and required documents (proof ids) for the HR process.
2.Training panel where interns/freshers will get training through experienced trainer for recruitment process, for learning and reference we added topic wise content and related videos and after completion of each and every topic in particular section they need to give assessment and feedback on training section .
3. Developed the quality analysis panel where specialists will evaluate calls for quality check in all fields (call opening, call closing, skills, pronunciation, fluency, quality, making candidate understanding, clearing doubts
,and other options according to the requirement) and give score for employees for particular call and audit the calls for improving productivity.
4. ATS application also track daily activities of employee like attendance, breaks, leaves, tickets (where employee can raise ticket to any department like Development or Networking or DBMS or MIS regarding any related issue through which that particular department can short out the issues).
5. Developed jobs and careers websites which are used for internal use and company promotion where we will provide details and work culture and through that candidate can apply job and recruiters can view all the applied jobs and contact candidate.
