Description of the project
Sendinblue is marketing campaigns, transactional messaging and marketing automation company.
This project involves Frontend technical support and infrastructure support for Sendinblue application. We work for the client of Sendinblue application on their issues regarding various APIs, Plugins integrated with it, application backend scripts that run overnight. We are involved in complete support processes where We sit in between client support (L1) and developer (L3). L1 raises the technical issues with our team raised by client. Our team fixes the technical issue at our and if it required a code change then we work with the application development team in fixing the bugs raised by client.
Roles and Responsibilities

Leading Team of 8 members globally spread.
Handling any technical issues reported by the client and raising them to development if required.
Responsible for project KPI and presenting them to company management
