• Installation and configuration of security applications like Anchore, Harbor Vault, Nexus in k8s environment using Helm Chart

Description of the project
Sendinblue is marketing campaigns, transactional messaging and marketing automation company.
This project involves Frontend technical support and infrastructure support for Sendinblue application. We work for the client of Sendinblue application on their issues regarding various APIs, Plugins integrated with it, application backend scripts that run overnight. We are involved in complete support processes where We sit in between client support (L1) and developer (L3). L1 raises the technical issues with our team raised by client. Our team fixes the technical issue at our and if it required a code change then we work with the application development team in fixing the bugs raised by client.

We are involved in complete support of trade life cycle including interaction with Middle Office people on variuos trade pricing issues. This project also involves batch support for trade data, market data in-flows and various pricing strategies involved and Risk calculation batches as well.
Roles and Responsibilities

Handling any trade issues reported by the traders and raising them to middle office if required.
Monitoring overnight batches for any MTM/Risk calculation issues.
