The goal was to develop a new application called “Sales Operations Portal” or SOP. The objective of this application was to automate the process, capture real time data from the SDO application track and manage opportunities. This process should streamline performance from capturing the opportunity to delivering a quote.

The application had user groups functionality allowing a user to be administrator, super user, and regular users with limited functionality. Depending on the user group the user belongs to, they have the ability to manage user accounts or view and edit opportunity only.
