Business rules abstraction was a primary function supporting highly flexible service sequences in which the service was looking up its business logic. The business logic was exposed to business experts so that it could be changed very quickly and put back into production.

Developed a customized service oriented analysis and design methodology including key templates and UML artifacts – the adaptation of SOA to an environment that needed to start modestly. Supported the transition of Wachovia document management processes to the surviving Wells Fargo systems. Served as the Program Analyst and managed one of the three program projects.

Designed the logical structure of the program (program objectives, key questions and communication plan, and standard project plan) and a program database for accumulating and managing program knowledge. Designed the executive information (program reports) and automated the reporting process with VBA code.

Was responsible for the project that made Wells document management operationally ready for the additional volume and new business rules.
