Altéa Reservation Desktop is a browser-based sales platform specifically designed to be used by airline call center agents to increase revenues, work more efficiently and improve customer service.

Responsibilities:Manage a team of 20 QA (15 Manual testers and 4 Automation testers) & 4 Implementation members.

• Preparing Test Strategy for all releases of the product.
• Providing test effort estimation for all the change requests.
• Participating in the Kick-Off meetings with all the stake holders.
• Allocating the CRs to team members.
• Ensuring the Test delivery are met on time with high quality.
• Decide on sign-off for uat and production load.
• Collaborate with various team Development, Business Analyst,Implementation and Marketing teams
• Working in Agile Scrum team having 4 weeks of sprint, attending daily standups, do poker sizing, review the epics, user stories, writing test cases for user stories,followup on SVV till completion of sprint.
• Working with implementation team to handle the customer queries, do the changes in QA, UAT and production by sending the data load.
• Investigating the IR, WO, PTR’s raised by the airlines and providing solutions.
• Performing functional, sanity and regression testing in QA stabilization and production support team.
• Logging and tracking the defects and coordinating with the development team to solve the problems using defect tracking tool like Jira and Win@proach.
• Cutover support to all airline call centers and airports to help the agents in getting used to the application.
• Managing the QA platform by loading and patching labels on need basis.
• Performing testing in QA platform and sending labels to UAT/PDT and Production.
• Monitoring UAT and production bugs and patching the fixes on golden build.
• Sending daily, weekly and monthly status report to product management and stakeholders.
• Maintaining the Jira and Kanban board.
• Course taken in Amadeus Central System (Availability,Fares,Ticketing,SSR,SVC,EMD,Eticket)
• Expert in JAWS(Job Access Web Speech) which was developed for WN(South West Airlines)

Amadeus e-Retail Engine provides online booking capabilities to air, car or hotel providers or to travel agencies, allowing the distribution of travel products and services via the internet.

Responsibilities:

Same responsibilities as first project expect for here waterfall model was followed and was not managing a team.

In SMB customer has different offers where one can choose Role according to their needs, like Domains, web-hosting, and Merchant Solution. Wherein I was entirely involved in DBPH (Domain Biz-Mail Pub-tools and Hosting) team, in which we have different offline and online tools like YSS (Yahoo! Site Solution) and SB (Site Builder) to help customers developing their own website and hosting it. YSS is an online tool where customer has different template and according to their need they can select the template and design their website. SB is an offline tool where in customers can develop their own website offline and host it online.

Odyssey website is created for the purpose of Online-Shopping.

By using this website customers can buy products online such as Books, Cd’s, Multimedia, Toys, and Stationeries.
