IBILL is to handle LC Issuance / Process Bills / Acceptance / Payment

SAFE is to handle processing of Export LCs

SAIL is to handle LC advising functions

Mizuho bank uses a repository system (GBASE) where all bank data is stored and maintained. Hence all bank applications uses this repository to store and refer back the data.

Taps also uses this central repository to process accounting information hence it uses Micro focus Rumba, MSMQ and .Net Scheduler to interact with GBASE.

The HCL MyDashboard is a reporting tool which reports on Service Now tickets and CA SOI collected events. The data been replicated from SNOW application to My Dashboard Databases. It provides a bird’s eye view to IM service managers enabling better service management. Service delivery managers, ISM’s and regional service managers are able to keep their fingers on the pulse and feel in control of the service. MyDashboard provides role based access restriction on reports and widgets.
