As a Level 1 Tier 1 (Test and Turn up) Network Engineer, we setup the complete Network at the customer location, and assisting the Field Engineers on Installation, Monitoring and Troubleshooting. • Monitoring the Network Health status, checking the alerts frequently on the device status and taking appropriate action to fix the issues. • Working on Tickets created by Tier 1, looking for the root cause and providing appropriate steps to resolve the issues raised by the customers within the agreed SLA.
