Work performed by me as Product Manager, working with 7 more people, all programmers focused on front-end, I did the back-end function ensuring the stability and "skeleton" of the website and social media in addition to the ADS of network. I worked on reviewing the Api'S used and how each part of the project was progressing (screening ideas, brainstorming, prototype testing, target audience analysis, focus on market reaction to the first impacts of the product and launch).

The project was simple but intensive and constant when it comes to enhancing a product or advertising material, the function I was given was to develop about 5 landing pages over 2 weeks for fashion, beauty, clothing, weight loss and gym... All were developed in Wordpress with the help of Elemento PRO, in addition, SEO tactics were used for search engine optimization and the concept of action and reaction when it comes to impact pages for sales...

An interesting job that was done with absurd detail, since the client already had a product that was doing poorly in sales and requested a change in the scenario in which it was found, better engagement was requested, in addition to a significant reach. and an impact on a necessary target audience... Through facebook business I did the optimization and improvement of the pixel, besides of course more exact settings that corresponded to the client's product... In less than 3 months we had improvements of 76 % compared to previous periods...

The cause was noble, the project was well done with 1 month of planning in a team of 25 people, I was leader of the application development and marketing team. We seek to focus on building codes, cleanliness, clarity and organization, in addition to daily 25-minute meetings exposing future updates, deadlines, progress and immediate improvements. The project was a commendable success and 50 more children were benefited by requesting a private school.
