• Served as Technical Advisor Leader of Top Coat WBBC for the OEM.

• Led tenders and maintained 100% of the Top Coat business market share (10 colors), competing the whole time with other 2 suppliers.

• Increased sales to Honda from $800K USD to $1.2M per month by selling products that were not initially negotiated with Honda (solvents and repair material).

Achieved a 50% cost reduction, managing and optimizing Supply Chain operations, forecasting 5 years forward and considering customer requirements, material deliveries transportation and freights.
