Requirement Gathering.

 Working closely with Project Manager and clients on software feature enhancement and document the same.

 Translating and simplifying the requirements to Use Cases and process flows.

 Prepa...> Translating and simplifying the requirements to Use Cases and process flows.

 Preparing an easy to understand workflows and flowchart of requirements to communicate to the development team.

 Working closely with the development team to ensure they understand all the aspects of the requirement.

 Troubleshoot / escalate the user inquiries timely via email, phone or other tracking tools.

 Participate on Conf. Call between Client POC and development team as and when required.

 Attend weekly internal meetings on Project Progress.

 Point of contact for all project related communication between Client and Development team

 Document the change requests.

 Testing the functionality of the feature as per the clients' requirement.

 End User Training.

 Client Interaction.

 On call Support to the clients.
