Key Responsibilities: Global Portfolio including

  • Managing a globally integrated team, for Executives and driving a broad portfolio to maximize effectiveness and efficiency. SPOC for all Global Executives Movements, Processes and Approvals.
  • Spearheading efforts to ensure smooth transition and handling, Process Transformation, Business & Technical Leadership, HR Business Development, On-boarding, Off-boarding and other HR delivery.
  • Involved in process development, management and delivery. Overseeing all activities related to mobility activities in alignment with the TAT.
  • Acting as a SPOC to local office mobility coordinators to develop a high level of customer service and a support model for Executives inbound to their office.
