Key Responsibilities: Global Portfolio including
- Managing a globally integrated team, for Executives and driving a broad portfolio to maximize effectiveness and efficiency. SPOC for all Global Executives Movements, Processes and Approvals.
- Spearheading efforts to ensure smooth transition and handling, Process Transformation, Business & Technical Leadership, HR Business Development, On-boarding, Off-boarding and other HR delivery.
- Involved in process development, management and delivery. Overseeing all activities related to mobility activities in alignment with the TAT.
- Acting as a SPOC to local office mobility coordinators to develop a high level of customer service and a support model for Executives inbound to their office.
- Training local office staff on Global Mobility policies and procedures and coordinating day-to-day operations and relationships with external vendors.
- Working with Staffing Managers and HR Partners to maintain an up-to-date forecast of global mobility needs and coordinating with global and local HR and Finance to determine Executives packages and documenting them in the mobility agreement. Also ensuring proper cross-charge of expenses for transfers, tracking and reporting mobility related costs.
- Monitoring additional aspects of the Global Mobility program to identify opportunities for process improvement.
