  • Act as Scrum Master, with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work.
  • Ensure and facilitate cross-team coordination.
  • Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing, and report team progress to     senior management.
  •  Responsible for coaching and mentoring of Product Owners and Scrum Team members on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
  • Proactively identifies potential risks, differences, and issues, and elevates to appropriate leadership to work together to devise contingency plans to ensure that the team remains within specified time, cost and quality objectives.
  • Facilitate the agile program processes and their execution, escalate impediments, manage risk, and help drive program-level continuous improvement.
  • Assist teams in Sprint Planning, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective, Scrum Meetings, Product Backlog grooming. Supporting the Product Owner, including backlog maintenance, agile Estimation and Planning (Release Planning), User Story writing/Mapping, prioritization technique etc.
  • Worked as RTE/Agile Trainer/Scrum master for Enterprise level projects involving 2- 5 sprint teams
  • Responsible for setup of sprint teams,  setup of agile practices, defining definition of done
  • Experience of  customer’s traditional execution model into Scaled agile execution model transition (SCRUM)
  • Managing Multiple Teams at one point of time.
