ESM Tool, GSA Whiteboard and MRG are three different web applications being used by AT&T field technicians for customer data analytics, reports and service management. They connect to several interfacing systems to exchange and process large volume of data. As part of cloud optimization/modernization initiative, these applications have been migrated to Azure.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination and communication with interfacing application teams, migration team, development team and management. • Understanding existing technology, architecture and application functionality. • Working with the team on design, development and testing as per the new architecture and technology. • Migration assessment discussion and documentation. • Firewall request submission after capturing IP, Port details. • Estimation and budgeting. • Providing guidance, technical and functional support to team members. • Resource utilisation, client communication, monitoring and tracking, helping and mentoring.

INFORMe is an intranet system, which hosts more than 25 different web applications. As part of BT’s system transformation plan, the applications were migrated from legacy systems to latest technology stacks.

Responsibilities:

• Project planing, estimation, timelines and cost of migration. • Technical and business understanding of the existing system. • Working on the transformation plan with tech leads, client and business owners. • Progress tracking and reporting. • Preparing analysis, design and other technical documents. • Procurement and setup of new infrastructure (Enterprise Cloud). • Technical and functional guidance to the team. • Acting as business analyst for validation and verification of application functionalities. • Team management and project management related activities.

It is a group insurance and benefits management system of AON. It is customised for AON’s clients as per their company policies and regulatory compliance. It has Enrollment and Setup modules (Web and Mobile). Employees can login and enroll for various insurance plans and benefits. Counselor or admin can manage U2X system through Setup configurations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and tracking of releases (Agile sprints) through product backlog and Team Foundation Server (TFS). • Manual and automated (Selenium) testing including test planning and estimation, test case creation and review, test script and test data creation, test execution, defect logging, tracking & report generation and risk management. • Resource utilisation, client communication, helping and mentoring team members. • Functional testing, Integration testing, Regression testing and Smoke testing. • Participating in daily scrum meetings. • Analysing the business requirements and raise issues/ambiguities. • Keeping track of the changes in requirements of the project. • Ensuring on-time and accurate status reporting.

• Creating product roadmap which is aligned with the overall business strategy. • Recruiting talent which includes software developers, UI/UX designers and marketing professionals. • Closely working with the team on app design, development, testing and launch activities. • Actively participating and driving online/offline marketing campaigns. • Continuously capturing app and users data. Analysing, monitoring and tracking metrics and KPIs. • Working on product improvement and enhancement based on user feedback and analytics. • Creating text, image and video content for app, website, marketing and PR. • Project management activities to ensure all the activities/goals are achieved within the set timeline, budget and quality standards.
