Dine Central is an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software suite designed especially for foodservice that integrates multiple business functions into a single module-based operations management tool.

Whitsons Culinary (BFSI) Group provides dining services to consumers and public and private organizations throughout the United States. Their offered services includes school nutrition, residential and healthcare dining, prepared meals, corporate dining, vending services and emergency dining; ranging in scope from consulting services to complete, onsite turnkey solutions. Fulcrum is awarded with a project to create Whitsons Business centre (WBC) a ‘culinary enterprise resource planning’ application which aims to automate the various business operations of Whitsons and provide a unified consolidated platform for information exchange between Central Office and the field.

Role and Responsibilities: Lead Business Analyst

• Communicating process changes, enhancements, and modifications to the team.
• Serving as a liaison between the programmers and internal business entities in designing and implementing

• To take ownership of implementation process with clients/customers.
• Assisting DBA team, to produce right DB changes, and stored procedures in right time in right manner.
• Responding to RFPs (Request for Proposal) for the new lenders who look to adopt our products.

An end-to-end process and system capability to accurately track finished goods shipment and its shipment related information to ensure product availability in optimal time at any stage of supply chain, is missing. This project is SharePoint based application developed for Johnson and Johnson internal use. The purpose to develop this tool is to analysis KPI performance, cost benefits. Share planning parameter with. Global planning team in terms of shipment transportation order to border (Source -To warehouse) as well leverage hyper care tracking information.

This project is standalone application developed for our warehouse partner company DB Schenker Pvt. Ltd. Singapore to serve the accurate non-conformance reporting to J&J quality compliance. Nonconformance reporting contains all the discrepancies like shortages, damages, excess goods. Based on NC report our CLS quality team conducts survey to ensure product quality fit as per the J&J policies. By using this application we have reduced the paper expenses up to $15 millinonper year.
